Peak performance is about living and functioning at your absolute best, in all aspects of your life, including at work, in relationships, and in the multiple challenges that you take in a day, a week, or a year.  Functioning at your peak is essential to living an optimal and satisfying life.  Scientists have only begun to study what makes people function at their peak, but already it is becoming clear that having control over your mind is a central aspect.
